What the notice said
The notice repeated the division of work of 2005 and also asked the planning bureau to prepare the list of buildings proposed for a fourth batch, so that each batch prepared the next.
Today the 2013 regulations set out what every listed building's owner and the city must do, whichever batch it came from.

Each name opens the building's page with its description, key facts and sources. The period and the Chinese address come from the city's lists as compiled on Chinese Wikipedia; blank cells are not given there.
